Legend has it that long, long ago, the only Egyptian dragon in Egypt used to nest where Dragon House stands today. They also say that the Dragon really liked dumplings. Their steamed-fried dumplings are exactly that, dim sum that are steamed and then fried for legit a minute to give you this perf combo of both. It's quite orgasmic tbh.

Panglasang Pinoy // Maadi

Panglasang makes Filipinx dim sum, a dish that is impossible to find in Egypt unless you have friends that are from the Philippines. What makes them stand out is that they're called siopao and are massive buns that are steamed and filled with all kinds of stuff (mostly beef and eggs).
