Despite Everything, Con Todo’s Burritos Will Be There for You

We’re not sure if it’s just the seasons shifting, or if something bigger is at play (no, Mercury is not in retrograde; we already tried that), but recently, it seems as though a sadness has assimilated itself into the autumn air. Despite everything, however, we continue to live. Perhaps with the help of a few manic orders from the new Mexican eatery in town, Con Todo (which literally translates to ‘in spite of everything’, so we’re pretty sure it’s magic). 

Put short, Con Todo is the arms that welcome you into their embrace every night - a home that is not a place, only because the spot currently functions as a cloud kitchen and not a walk-in restaurant. The restaurant serves everything from burritos to quesadillas, even exploring the world of Mexican salads and bowls. There are also, of course, nachos. 

As a stuffing-focused restaurant, Con Todo really puts its dishes’ personality first, with looks only being an afterthought. By that, we mean that the restaurant dishes out a set menu of fillings, which you can either enjoy in burrito, quesadilla, or bowl-form. Take for example their chicken tinga, a vibrant dish consisting of slow-cooked shredded chicken breast drenched in a rich tomato, peppers, and sliced onion sauce, which comes hugged in a warm flour tortilla, sitting high on a bed of rice, or closely held in the layers of a quesadilla (which you can then dip in sour cream, salsa roja, and pico de gallo). Each variation is more mouthwatering than the next, and with the range of dishes we can try out, it seems we’ll be pledging a lifetime with Con Todo. 

Eternity feels like a more stomachable concept (pun intended) when it is as convenient as the obtainment of Con Todo is. The restaurant delivers in the entirety of the Sheikh Zayed & 6th of October area, through a number of digital portals, including same-day delivery on the botit app.
