Two worlds - presumably not lactose intolerant - have crossed paths. Our beloved readers, B Laban - the local franchise that kept our rice puddings jiggly since its inception - is now humbly sprinkling its sweetness across the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nestled in Riyadh’s Al Tahlia street (which, we must admit, is very aptly named) the dessert shops creations are now providing the kingdom’s residents with the same flavours shaping Egyptian gatherings and TikTok FYPs today.
