Meet the man behind the brand
After conducting research and trying out variants of what Egypt has to offer in the realm of fluffy cheesecakes, Moursi was not very satisfied, which ultimately led to his decision of creating a business that revolves around his passion. “I’ve always been passionate about cooking. That’s why I’ve decided to take that passion further by starting my own business,’’ Moursi tells SceneEats.
The owner digs deeper about his craft and shares with us what makes his cake special. ‘‘My cake is a lot creamier, lighter and has a delicate texture to it compared to other cakes out there,’ says Moursi.
