Khufu’s Mostafa Seif to Represent Egypt at Abu Dhabi This January

Bringing Egyptian cuisine, pride, and spices to the global scene, Egyptian chef Mostafa Seif of Khufu’s will join Chef Sergio Cabrera at MouzMari in Marina Bay, Al Reem Island, on January 30th for a one-night-only dinner. He will be merging bold Argentinian and Egyptian flavours as part of World’s 50 Best’s ‘Signature Sessions’, which will run from January 25th to the 30th.

Additionally, Seif will host a thought-provoking ’50 Best’ Talk on January 27th at The Abu Dhabi Edition, exploring the theme 'Memory on a Plate' with fellow culinary creatives.
