Sultan Ayub Brings Turkish Shawerma to Cairenes

We weren’t the best at history in school, so when we first heard of Sultan Ayub we imagined a handsome Turkish conqueror. But what we found was so, so much better— it was actually food. 

The Turkish shawerma spot serves classic saj shawerma, mixed grills including Turkish kofta, hella rice bowls, and fatayer. It’s almost as good as perusing around Taksim Square, sans the Istanbul views.

The shawerma eatery is available to order at 16365 and have their mega-branch open on Al Nozha in Heliopolis.
