“I initially got the idea for the collective on a trip to Mexico where I started to learn about the history and intricacies surrounding coffee,” co-founder Ahmed Nazmi told CairoScene. “Coffee tastes differ widely according to where they the environment under which the beans are grown, he way they’re processed amongst other factors.”
