Turkish Culinary Star CZN Burak Opens First Ever Restaurant in Dubai

If you’ve ever been to Turkey, you’ve probably seen how over the top they are when it comes to dinner time. We mean, like, doing a dinner dance before they serve you a dish, putting your dish on fire or even digging your food from the inside of a huge pot. They go hardcore. 

Not far from this, CZN Burak does all of this and makes insanely massive versions of traditional Middle Eastern dishes and desserts, like massive, massive. His most popular dish is his famous maqlooba. If you're unsure what that is about, it's Palestinian rice with meat and cauliflower that is so big it can probably feed 20 people. He wraps it all in a thick later of a bread like layering, flips it on a huge tray, cuts it open and bam, out falls the real dish. So extra, we know. 

He just opened his first restaurant in Dubai so if you're lucky enough to get yourselves some reservations, we'd be so jealous.

If that's not your jam, he also makes goulash of some sort that probably takes 15 minutes to cut because of how big it is but so worth it. We can’t even explain in writing just how gigantic his dishes are. Head to his Instagram to see for yourself.
