Zooba Just Clapped the Hell Back at Burger King's Fries Sandwich
Zooba snapped!
The one thing we like to live for other than food is drama. And let us tell you, we've got some tea for you. Before we delve into things, let's give you some backstory. A few days ago, New Zealand's Burger King announced that they're launching a french fry sandwich.
The burger giants thought that they were being innovative and stuff, not knowing that sandawetch batates me7amara has been a thing in Egypt since, like, forever.
Homegrown brand, Zooba, decided to do something about this travesty and clapback in an instantly iconic way. The foul and ta3meya restaurant posted a picture on their social media platforms with a question that made us, quite literally, gag. "Burger King announced their new fries sandwich," Zooba explained. "Why didn't we think of that?"
But here's where things get shady. At first glance it just seems like a normal picture with some text on it that says a bunch of stuff, but when you give it one long hard look, you realise that every single "i" has Zooba's iconic fries sandwich instead of the i's dot. Yup, they freakin' went there and we can't help but stan. In conclusion, Zooba is now the clapback queen of 2020 and we can't wait to see if any restaurant will ever top that.
