As the sun dips behind Cairo’s skyline and the Nile turns into a ribbon of light, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is rolling out a Ramadan season that’s equal parts tradition and indulgence.

Because the most important aspect of the month of fasting is, naturally, food, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza reveals new menus across its restaurants.

Zitouni

The hotel’s signature Egyptian restaurant presents a traditional iftar menu featuring slow-cooked lamb shanks, fattah, molokhia, freshly baked Baladi bread, and a selection of handcrafted traditional Ramadan desserts. 

Byblos

Byblos offers charcoal-grilled meats & an extensive dessert selection for iftar, and delicious mezze for suhour.

Upper Deck Lounge

If you take your suhoor, or iftar, with a side of hookah, Upper Deck Lounge is your destination. The space offers a stunning view of the Nile, contemporary Levantine flavours and a traditional shisha experience. 

La Gallerie

If you’re favourite part of iftar is the point where you get to the desserts, you might want to skip savoury altogether and head to La Gallerie for golden kunafa and cream-filled qatayef.
