Double Trouble: Sahel's Pizza Truck Heads to Zamalek & Sheikh Zayed

Who said you have to go to Italy to have some real Italian pizza? Literally no one. Italian pizzas are known for their fresh and fluffy pizza dough with crunchy crusts and delicious fresh toppings and that stringy mozzarella cheese. It’s so hard to find a pizza that tastes like that in Egypt without having the occasional koshary sauce as your pizza sauce. Cringe. This is where Pizza Truck comes in where it promises to be one of those few spots that serves actual Italian pizza. Oh, here’s the thing, you can find this gorj truck in two locations: Zamalek and Sheikh Zayed. 

If you haven't noticed, Pizza Truck is the same, well, pizza truck from Bianchi last summer. Yup, that one food truck you went to when you were just longing for a slice of perfection that'll make everything better. This is exactly why we're elated it finally has made it to the capital. But wait, there's more. Did you know that Pizza Truck is also the brainchild of food expert and shawerma giant Laffa owner Dina Hosny? Well, now you do.

''It didn't make sense for us to stop when summer ended,'' Hosny tells SceneEats. ''We needed to bring our pizza truck to Cairo and what better places to do so than Gezira Club and Palm Hilms.'' 

The menu at Pizza Truck is simple and straight to the point; you have all the classics that we can't live without, but make grab some of their signature items like their mix & match chicken ranch and Italian sausage pizzas.
