We all love a good ship. Why, you ask? Because shipping is love -- it is the act of wanting two things to be with one another, even when everyone wants to stand in their way. Our ancestors shipped beef with apples to create Tuffahiyya, a dish that dates back to the 14th century. The Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities have just released a video that shows the origins of that dish and our taste buds are currently lying on the cold hard ground.
