So far, the series – which is produced by DX-Media - has shed light on the Egyptian staples koshary, molokheya, mehalabeya, hawawshy and their latest episode – which is all about balady bread (often considered almost synonymous with Egypt itself) – presenting interesting facts about these dishes and what they mean to Egyptians today.
