Patties to Donate 50% of Their Quarantine Box Profits to Fight COVID-19
Eating burgers has never been more important.
Having plans, going out with the posse, chowing down burgers at your fav restaurant are all things of the past. With the coronavirus taking over every aspect of our life, many joints are aiming to combat that with uber creative ways like DIY boxes to make at home -- Patties is one of those spots.
The burger place has launched a Quarantine Box where you can live your best burger life for EGP 600. The box includes 10 patties (yes, 10), buns, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and their very own Patties blend. "We want things to go back to normal again where we are all one," Ahmed Yassin, one of the founders of Patties, tells us. "So we came up with the Quarantine box so everyone can stay home and have everything they love about Patties delivered to them. We, however, also partnered up with People to People who will be collecting 50% of the boxes' profits to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic."
In a nutshell, eating burger has never been more important because a) you get to do it at home. b) 10 PATTIES!!! c) you get to help stop Miss Rona.
