The Only Carrots You're Going to Want to Eat Are Going to Be From The Carrot Co's Cakes

Full time student, part-time baker, Heba Elabbassy is obviously one busy bumble bee, or bunny if we’re being frank. Elabbassy has always been a baking stan, but when one of her friends asked her to bake her a carrot cake for her birthday her world froze. She realised that she had never made one before, so she decided to YOLO it, research hundreds of recipes online until she got a “YAAS KWEEN” from her friend. This is how The Carrot Co came to be. 

Elabbassy has managed to perfect that moist fluffy cake and make it iconic by adding cream cheese frosting. “It’s unlike no other,” she tells us on a Zoom call with a big smile on her face. 

What makes The Carrot Co’s cakes unique is how they look. Elabbassy gives all of her cakes a homemade rustic look in the frosting to give a sense of warmth and cosiness with every slice of cake you take.
