This French Patisserie is Teaching Us the Meaning of Amour

TS Sublime is the French patisserie that has grabbed our attention as of late, and oh mon dieu does it look heavenly. The small bakery is transporting us all the way to Parisian alleyways and cafes by the Seine. Their huge variation of pastries and baked goods isn’t to be compared with your run-of-the-mill coffee shop, because they take their flakey butter game to new extremes.

The bakery serves eclairs, tarts, pain au chocolat, croissants, and danishes that look absolutely to-die-for. And while its not French, they also serve gorg mini pizzas a la Egyptienne toppings, which include kofta, sojouk, and other yummy things. Our favourite, though, is the salmon and caper pizza.
