Turkish Coffee is Having A Berry-Flavoured Moment
Al Dar just gave us something we needed— berry coffee.

Flavoured coffee has long been a thing. We aren’t talking about the double shot white mocha frap with two pumps of cinnamon dolce and salted caramel drizzle— no. We’re talking about good old hazelnut Turkish coffee. Coffee flavoured from the bean, and not just packed with flavoured add-ons a la Starbucks. Don’t get us wrong, we live for a good Starbs, but the flavouring process of our forefathers is just an undeniably more sophisticated ordeal. An ordeal which, now, has been fruitily tampered with.
Introducing berry-flavoured coffee into the mix is Al Dar, a newly unveiled we don’t know what to feel about. We’ve never tried fruit and coffee together so the new combo is altogether enticing and mysterious, but then again part of us thinking maybe there is a good reason why. But just like moon and lavender lattes have our heart because they’re pretty, this new drink is pink. So naturally, we must have it.
Apart from the classic hazelnut flavour, this is the only funky flavour Al Dar has, but we shan’t expect it to be the last. Til then, we’re ringing up +2 0128 908 8100 to further investigate this puzzling drink.
