Pinchos Is a Heliopolis Tapas Bar That Transports You Right to Barcelona

Nestled in the heart of Heliopolis, a tapas bar by the name of Pinchos opened its doors to tapas-loving Cairenes almost exactly one year ago, and has since garnered a reputation for itself as being one of the only authentic spots to get your hands on the delicious Spanish appetisers. “What I think makes the restaurant special is the fact that Chef Raúl walked us through exactly how to make these traditional tapas,” Pinchos co-founder Tamer Ayoub tells #SceneEats, “So many of our guests tell us that when they try our food, it makes them nostalgic for Spain, and that’s the feeling we strive to translate through our food.”
