Well, naengmyeon is an extremely popular dish in Korea, specifically in the summer, and it's a dish made of thin, chewy noodles that are made with buckwheat and potato or sweet potato starch.

Contrary to popular belief, buns don't need to be made out of bread. Why, you ask? Because they can totes be made out of rice instead -- or at least that's what the Alexandria joint believes.
Balut (Duck Embryo) from Bahay Kubo
Although the Filipino store doesn't have a physical address, it thrives on virtual delivery. You can order literal duck embryos (the ideal balut is said to be 17 days old) from their Facebook page, but you'll have to cook it yourself. Don't fret, however, it's quite easy -- all you have to do is boil them for 20-30 minutes and eat it immediately.

If you ever find yourself feeling adventurous, then you should head to -- quite possibly -- the country's most expensive restaurant eat jellyfish. Oh, and make sure to be ready for its slippery and slightly crunchy texture.
