Sheikh Zayed’s Cookery Hubs hosts workshops for home cooks and foodies.

Staff Writer

Opening its arms to an array of foodies and home cooks, Cookery Hub is 6th of October’s newest culinary academy. Made for anyone and everyone who loves cooking, the new hub is less so of a traditional culinary institution and more so targets everyday people who want to oomph up their kitchen game.

The Sheikh Zayed school regularly hosts some of the biggest names as instructors, including Amr Helmy, Asmaa Fawzy, and Mohamed Salah. From cutting skills, street foods, Asian cuisine, bread making, oriental desserts, and sushi, the academy takes on specialized chefs from every culinary niche.

Founded by Manar Hesham, a chef in her own right, the academy hosts courses, workshops, private classes and events, and does menu and recipe development. Only operating since September, the Cookery Hub opened its doors just six weeks ago. For more information, visit their Instagram page.
