Making all kinds of sweet creations, chef Asma Orabi has opened the doors to her very own factory.

Staff Writer

Making all kinds of sweet creations with nature’s candy, chef Asma Orabi has just set up her very own factory for fruit drying. “After giving it a lot of thought, I decided I should have my own business to manufacture products that satisfy my needs.  With the grace of God, I opened a small factory for drying fruits. Thanks to all those who stood by me and encouraged me to continue. And thanks to the young female chefs who help me create beautiful products,” she told us.

Called Asma’s Dried Fruits, the new factory is going towards a new product line that will feature all kinds of dried fruits and products made with them, including white chocolate bars with orange, fig, kiwi and apples.

Orabi is a professional cake decorator and studied culinary arts at the Culinary Arts Training Center in Cairo and has since become approved by the English City and Guild Foundation. She has also won awards and medals in various exhibitions and competitions, including the award for Best 3D Cake Design in 2016. You can order her creations through @asma.oraby on Instagram.
