“We wanted to connect tourists with Egyptian culture, to acquaint them with our heritage through Oriental platters and feteer,” John Habib, Managing Partner of Luuma, tells SceneEats. “We travelled around the world and gathered inspiration for our dishes and interiors, hence why we landed on something quite international that still tethers itself to Egypt.”
