La Mer Is 100% Dedicated to Norwegian Salmon
La Mer imports salmon from Norway, and offers smoked salmon, salmon steak and salmon fillet.
When it comes to salmon – one of the healthiest and evidently, tastiest types of fish out there – it’s wholly difficult for us to choose just one way to eat it. Whether smoked on a bagel ft. cream cheese, pan-seared post-marination in a sweet and spicy spice mix or in the oven with our favourite veggies (while we try to salvage our 2020 health goals), salmon is pretty much one of our favourite fish ever. And celebrating that same love for it is La Mer, an Egyptian brand that’s been importing Norwegian salmon since 2011, and honours it in every way, shape and form.
La Mer offers hickory and oak smoked salmon (which is smoked right here in Cairo in their own smokehouse), salmon steaks and whole salmon fillets, sold by the KG. In order remain authentic, the production staff at La Mer are trained by Norwegian salmon experts.
