Heliopolis' Landmark Italian Restaurant Bistro Launches Vegan-Friendly Menu

You can't call yourself from Sheraton unless you've had beef lasagna, seafood Alfredo and fried mozzarella sticks on a random Thursday night by yourself from Bistro. You just can't. The Italian restaurant has been a household name for years, popular for its convenient, affordable and, most importantly, delicious food over the past decade, but its clientele only included carnivores...until now.

Bistro decided to launch a new menu, with it being 2020 and all, that caters to vegetarians and vegans, which means y'all don't have to feel excluded anymore and your taste buds can finally know how inclusivity tastes like. The new items they've added to their culinary repertoire basically consists of vegetarian and vegan interpretations of all their OG dishes.

Vegan pizza with sweet corn, tomatoes and basil? Yes, please. What about a creamy vegetarian pasta that drowned in pesto? YAAAS. In a nutshell, you'll be screaming "MAMMA MIA!"
